Initiating a Return:

• Contact Us First: Before returning any item, please initiate the process by emailing us at customerservice@riaajvintage.com OR through chat support on our site. where we'll reply with 24-hours. Include your order number and name in the email. This helps us track your return and expedite the process.
  

   

  Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping Method: India Post,Delhivery, DTDC
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-5 business days within major cities, 5-7 business days for remote areas.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.
  • Returns and Refunds: Returns and refunds are accepted only if the item is received in the wrong size or is defective. Customers must contact customer support within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Shipping Costs: The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Vintage clothing items with stains, rips, or other visible imperfections that were clearly described in the product listing.
  • Free Shipping: Offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount to encourage larger purchases.
